INGREDIENTS WE DO NOT USE

No artificial preservatives are used in Ti Amo skin care, because these chemicals can potentially trigger allergic reactions in people. You may not even know you have an allergy until you use one of these preservatives.

PARABENS
Linked to risks of cancer.

LANOLIN
Lanolin is an oil sebum formed by the glands of sheep. Swallowing excessive amounts can be poisonous if ingested (lip balms) and cause build up of waxy matter in the intestines.

WATER
Increases hidden microbial growth and increases the risk of contamination due to bacteria, mould and yeast.

BEESWAX/HONEY
Bees are hurt or killed in the production of beeswax and honey. For people with allergies to pollen, bees or honey it can cause hives, rashes, headaches and wheezing.

CAFFEINE
Caffeine dries out and ages the skin causing fine lines and wrinkles. It also increases hormone levels such as cortisol to increase oil production and worsen acne. Increases skin sensitivity to sunlight. Provoke skin irritation, redness and itchy inflamed skin.

ALCOHOL
Alcohol dries out the top layer of the skin making it look dull and tired, aging your skin from the outside. Alcohol also disrupts the skin's protective barrier dilating skin pores allowing moisture to escape leading to acne breakouts.

NUT OILS
Can cause red blotchy hives, rashes and anaphylaxis.
